Refund policy

We want you to love your Vanhorn purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the date your order was received, for store credit only. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

We also accept returns in-store within 14 days of the date of your purchase. The customer must show receipt proof, and the merchandise must have tags still on it. All returns are for store credit only.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
