We are excited to offer our valued clients and customers FREE IN-STORE PICKUP at our design store location!  At checkout, select the In-Store Pickup option and continue on to complete order.

If your order is placed after 12 pm (noon) MST on Friday through Sunday: It will be ready for pick-up by 2 pm on the following Monday.

If your order is placed Monday-Friday after 12 pm (noon) MST: It will be ready for pick-up by 2 pm the next day.

If your order is placed after 12 pm (noon) MST on Friday through Sunday: It will be ready for pick-up by 2 pm on the following Monday.

*You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

 *Please note that the above timelines do not apply to holidays. Any orders placed on a holiday, will be ready for pick-up by 2 pm on the following business day.



The shipping rate for home items and apparel items is calculated separate but will show as one rate during checkout.


We do not currently ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii


*Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are over-sized and overweight.  In this instance you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs.  Once invoice is paid your shipment will go out.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Vanhorn purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the date your order was received, for store credit only. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.


We also accept returns in-store within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Customer must show receipt proof and the merchandise must have tags still on it. All returns are for store credit only.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 


Non-Returnable Items:

- Bath & Body items

- Home Cleaning products

- Final sale/clearance items

- Drop Ship Items


We operate as a small business, and we so appreciate you supporting us!  Our return policy helps us run this small business to operate both efficiently and wisely. We hope you can understand that we cannot except used items back. All items returned should be sent back in their original condition, in the original packaging with tags on.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A gift card will be issued and an email will be sent containing the gift card and refunded store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If all of these conditions are met and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit.  The item must be in transit to us within 14 days from the day you receive the merchandise for store credit only.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item for a different size, please send us an email at
